The hotel's location in a nice area by the Black Forest was fantastic, with the forest right next to it. The staff were very warm and friendly, which made me feel welcome right away. I particularly enjoyed the sauna and natural swimming pool, which were both great hotel facilities. Additionally, the dinner and breakfast served at the hotel restaurant were delicious.
Didn’t dislike anything about the hotel.

The facilities were amazing, especially the sauna and swimming pool. The food was also worth mentioning - tasty and filling.
Service could be improved. It was hard to get the receptionist's attention when needed.

Nestled in the beautiful landscape of the Black Forest, surrounded by trees and mountain scenery, the hotel is situated in a small, pleasant village. the room is spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped bathroom. the breakfast includes fresh fruit and various other options. the bike rental service was a plus, allowing for some great outdoor activity in the area.
The spa service was lacking, lacking the quality of some high-end spas.

This family-run hotel was an amazing choice for a city break in the heart of the Black Forest! the room was spotless and comfortable with fantastic views. the food was simply delicious with plenty of options. the staff was warm and welcoming which made us feel right at home. the location was perfect for hiking and biking, and the nearby villages were simply charming. Added bonus, the hotel offered free parking and complimentary Wi-Fi.
